1. الاتفاقية1. Agreement

باستخدامك موقع كريستال نور (CrystalNur) والاشتراك في خدمتنا، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط بالكامل. إذا لم توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.By using the CrystalNur website and subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. الاشتراكات والفوترة2. Subscriptions & Billing

تُدفع الاشتراكات شهريًا أو سنويًا مقدمًا عبر سترايب أو مدى أو Apple Pay. الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي وتشمل الضرائب المطبقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا حتى إلغائها.Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe, mada, or Apple Pay. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من حسابك؛ سيبقى الاشتراك ساريًا حتى نهاية فترة الدفع الحالية.You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account; the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

3. الشحن والتوصيل3. Shipping & Delivery

نشحن إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (السعودية، الإمارات، الكويت، قطر، البحرين، عُمان) وبعض الأسواق الدولية المختارة. المدد المقدرة للتوصيل هي 3-7 أيام عمل للخليج وتخضع للظروف اللوجستية.We ship across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) and to select international markets. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the GCC, subject to logistics conditions.

يُعتبر الصندوق مسلّمًا عند توقيع المستلم أو ترك الطرد في الموقع المحدد. تحقق من صحة عنوان الشحن عند الطلب.A box is considered delivered upon recipient signature or drop-off at the specified location. Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

4. الاستبدال والاسترداد4. Returns & Refunds

إذا وصل حجرك تالفًا، أبلغنا خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام وسنستبدله أو نعيد قيمته. نظرًا لطبيعة الأحجار الفردية، لا نقبل استبدال الأحجار بعد فتح الصندوق لأسباب شخصية.If your stone arrives damaged, notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund its value. Due to the individual nature of stones, we do not accept swaps after opening for personal reasons.

الاشتراكات المدفوعة مقدمًا غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا وفقًا لهذه المادة، ويجوز إيقافها أو إلغاؤها في أي وقت.Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable except as provided in this section, and may be paused or cancelled at any time.

5. المنتجات والمصادر5. Products & Sourcing

كل حجر كريستال طبيعي أصيل، ويأتي من مصادر أخلاقية وخالية من الصراعات. الأحجار طبيعية وقد تختلف في اللون والنمط من قطعة لأخرى، وهذا جزء من جمالها.Every stone is genuine natural crystal, ethically and conflict-free sourced. Stones are natural and may vary in color and pattern from piece to piece, which is part of their beauty.

لا نقدم أي ضمانات بشأن الأثر النفسي أو الروحي أو الجسدي للأحجار، وننصح باستخدامها كعنصر تجربة إيجابية فقط.We make no guarantees regarding psychological, spiritual, or physical effects of stones, and recommend using them purely as a positive lifestyle element.

6. لا ادعاءات طبية أو روحية6. No Medical or Spiritual Claims

كريستال نور يقدم الراحة العاطفية وتجارب الحياة الإيجابية فقط. لا ندعي أي فعالية روحية، أو تغيير للثروة، أو فوائد طبية، ولا يجوز اعتبار منتجاتنا بديلًا عن الرعاية الطبية أو النفسية المتخصصة.CrystalNur offers emotional comfort and positive lifestyle experiences only. We make no claims of spiritual efficacy, fortune-changing, or medical benefits, and our products must not be treated as a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

7. الملكية الفكرية7. Intellectual Property

جميع المحتويات، التصاميم، الشعارات، والنصوص في هذا الموقع مملوكة لكريستال نور ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.All content, designs, logos, and text on this website are owned by CrystalNur and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. حدود المسؤولية8. Limitation of Liability

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل كريستال نور المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية الناشئة عن استخدام الخدمة أو المنتجات.To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrystalNur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or products.

9. القانون الحاكم9. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقًا لقوانين إمارة دبي، دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، السارية ضمن دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. تُعرض النزاعات الناشئة عنها على محاكم دبي المختصة.These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as applicable across the GCC. Disputes arising hereunder are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

10. التعديلات10. Changes to These Terms

قد نحدث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. يُعلن عن التغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو على هذه الصفحة قبل سريانها بفترة معقولة.We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page with reasonable notice before they take effect.
